Профессиональный стресс и профессиональное выгорание у медицинских работников

В статье приводятся данные современных зарубежных исследований профессионального стресса и выгорания у медицинских работников. Приводит анализ современных научных дискуссий, касающихся самого понятия выгорания и поиска критериев для его дифференциации от других схожих психоэмоциональных и физиологических состояний. Обращается особое внимание на данные об экстремально высоком риске профессионального выгорания у работников неотложной медицинской помощи. Приводятся данные последних исследований уровня выгорания у медиков и фиксируется неуклонной рост этих показателей в современной системе здравоохранения разных стран. Также приводится анализ современных данных о крайне тяжелых последствиях выгорания для психического и физического здоровья медиков. Приводится обзор современных методов диагностики, а также профессиональных, психологических, организационных и социальных факторов неуклонного повышения уровня профессионального выгорания, среди которых непрерывная интенсификация работы и введение новых электронных систем ведения медицинской документации. Обосновывается необходимость разработки и внедрения методов профилактики профессионального выгорания в современной медицине.
