Сovid-19 и психическое здоровье учащихся: зарубежные исследования

Данный аналитический обзор позволяет обрисовать в общих чертах исторически значимый процесс консолидации мирового научного сообщества перед угрозой, которую несет для психики детей и молодежи пандемия COVID-19. Показано формирование векторных массивов данных, раскрывающих аспекты и распространенность нарушений психики детей, спровоцированных пандемией. В основной массе учащихся дополнительная нервно-психологическая нагрузка привела к повышению тревожности, депрессивным состояниям, посттравматическому стрессу, снижению обучаемости. Приведены результаты исследования психики учащихся в семьях в связи с явлением screen-time (времени, проведенного у экрана компьютера), наличием коморбидных нарушений, сужением общения, закрытием школ. Показано значение адекватного родительства для психического благополучия детей, образовательной стратегии для родителей, волонтеров, медсестер. Продемонстрировано направление телепсихиатрии как инструмента дистанционной помощи. Приведены пилотные разработки концепции нарушений психики учащихся на фоне пандемии. Затронут также вопрос об отсроченности кумулятивного эффекта нарушений психики у учащихся и о сохраняющейся неполноте знаний об этом.
