Информационно-коммуникационные технологии и семейные отношения: вред или польза?

Цель исследования — обобщение результатов проведенных исследований, посвященных изучению влияния использования информационно-коммуникационных технологий на внутрисемейный социальный капитал. Контекст и актуальность исследования. В последнее время в общественном и научном дискурсе постоянно возникают вопросы о том, как современные информационно-коммуникационные технологии (ИКТ) влияют на межличностные отношения и на внутрисемейные отношения в частности. Публикации, посвященные изучению влияния информационно-коммуникационных технологий на внутрисемейный социальный капитал, содержат противоречивые результаты. Основные выводы. Результаты проведенных исследований можно объединить вокруг четырех гипотез: 1) «Гипотеза вытеснения» — ИКТ вытесняют непосредственное взаимодействие между членами семьи и снижают уровень социального капитала в семье; 2) «Гипотеза активизации» — ИКТ, наоборот, способствуют развитию и поддержанию отношений между членами семьи; 3) «Гипотеза обогащения» — семьи, обладающие изначально прочными узами и социальными ресурсами, получают еще больше преимуществ от использования ИКТ с точки зрения социального взаимодействия, а в семьях, в которых изначально узы слабые, при использовании ИКТ они будут еще более ослабевать; 4) «Гипотеза социальной компенсации» — ИКТ представляют собой некую копинг-стратегию, позволяющую индивиду справиться со стрессом, связанным с конфликтами в семье, низким социальным капиталом, а также развить навыки социального взаимодействия и создать прочные социальные связи тем индивидам, у которых изначально данные отношения не складывались вследствие внешних (инвалидность и т.д.) и личностных причин (замкнутость, интроверсия и т.д.). Каждая из выделенных гипотез рассматривается в статье более подробно.
