Аннотация

В статье дается краткий обзор специфики такого направления в социальной работе, как критическая социальная работа, ставящего акцент на взаимодействие субъектности человека (и ее становления) с различными социальными, экономическими и политическими факторами. Обозначается «критическая психология», придающая облик индивидуальному и семейному консультированию, а также групповым практикам в рамках критической социальной работы; выделяются профессионально важные умения человека, решившего избрать такое направление деятельности, в том числе акцент ставится на рефлексивную практику, необходимую для преодоления «интериоризованного доминирования». Уделяется внимание критической социальной работе в ситуациях горя и утраты.

Многое из того, что будет в этой статье сказано о позиции социального работника, применимо и к позиции практического психолога и/или (психо)терапевта. Автор статьи хотел бы предложить информацию о критической социальной работе в качестве своего рода «реперной точки» для самоопределения. Признавая, что не существует единственно правильного для всех варианта самоопределения, автор надеется, что материал статьи поможет читателю лучше осознать ту позицию, которую тот выбирает для себя, как и те позиции, которые он не выбирает и не разделяет.

Специфика критической социальной работы

Можно сказать, что ключевой вопрос критической социальной работы (далее – КСР) – «Какие условия необходимо создать, чтобы «бытие» перестало определять «сознание», и процесс развернулся бы в противоположную сторону: «сознание» трансформировалось бы и стало определять «бытие»»? Что нужно сделать, чтобы люди, воспринимающие себя жертвами неблагоприятных обстоятельств, поверили в свою способность определять ход и направление своей жизни, объединились друг с другом (и, возможно) с профессионалами, и стали бы предпринимать те или иные шаги для изменения социальных, экономических и политических условий своей жизни?
