Abstract

Context and relevance. Modern society is characterized by the emergence of new external stimuli, as challenges that expand the horizons, prospects, and resources for the development of the personality of educational subjects and, above all, the teacher, on whom the future of the country's children and youth largely depends. Objective. Theoretical and analytical substantiation and software support for the development of digital technologies as new educational resources by future teachers. Hypothesis. Mastering the digital technology system is a resource tool for the personal and professional development of future teachers. Methods and materials. The study involved 90 4th-year undergraduate students of a pedagogical university (M = 21.6, SD = 2.3, 78% of girls). The methodological program is based on the teacher's work assessment methodology (MAU) and author's questionnaires. Results. It is shown that the participation of future teachers in a comprehensive program increases the level of their digital literacy, professional and personal competence, which contributes to the creation of a developing information and educational environment for students. Conclusions. The program for updating new educational resources for determining the personal and professional development of future teachers has proven effective in an experiment, which allows it to be recommended in the educational process of schools, colleges, and universities.
