Psychotechnical method for research on creative thinking

Abstract

The article presents method of psychotechnical study of thinking. While solving a creative task, the intellectual difficulties create frustration, "problem-personal situation" occurs. In order to resolve it combination of thinking activity and feelings directed at coping with affect disorganization of activity is needed. Theoretical model elaborated on two conceptual schemes is presented: analysis scheme of level-dynamic organization of creative thinking and scheme of consciousness operation modes. The experimentalist enters respondent's activity with the help of the following psychological methods: empathy, maieutique, and clarification. Results indicate that such complex psychotechnical support significantly enhances productivity of the thinking activity.
