Working with reflection in different schools in psychotherapy

Abstract

The article consists of two main parts. The first part deals with interpretations of counseling approaches (cognitiveAbehavioral therapy, personcentered therapy, logotherapy, understanding psychotherapy) in the context of working with reflection. This second part of the article describes organization of working with reflection in a counselling session, aimed at creating conditions for overcoming learning difficulties. It also describes a number of necessary requirements for the organization of this work and specificity of developmental counseling.
