Emotional burnout and egoism: the peculiarities of interaction

Abstract

The article under consideration deals with the theoretical and experimental investigation of the interactions between «emotional burnout» and «egoism» concepts. The authors make a conclusion concerning the influence of the «basic» egoism of an individual on the degree of his/her emotional burnout. At the same time, the higher levels of the «Egoism» system and person’s self-actualization are proved to be the factors which prevent from the burnout.
