Abstract

This article is devoted to the analysis of the characteristics of social development of children at the end of preschool and the beginning of primary school age. Readiness for school is also considered in terms of the formation of social determinants of their personality, providing specific (role) self-regulation in solving a special class of problems as typical of the learning process at school.
