Subjective models of group training and professional task (based on the material of military specialties)
Abstract
The authors studied the processes of collectively distributed activities in military teams. The study was conducted in military units of the Russian Navy. Psychological tests, questionnaires and expert assessments were used. It was shown that subjects of training activities build subjective models that reflect the progress of this activity. The most important component of this model is the perception of the training task. The parameters of subjective models are associated with objective characteristics of the educational situation.
