Psychological features of the image of oneself and the image of parents in older preschool children after divorce of parents
Abstract
The article presents the results of a study of the effect of parental divorce on the formation of the image of oneself and the image of mom and dad in older preschool children. The negative impact of divorce on the development of the child's image is shown. An experimental study proves that the image of oneself depends on the characteristics of the behavior of the mother and father after the divorce, as well as on the participation of the father in raising the child. The results of interviews with mothers are described, reflecting their view on the situation of divorce.
