Abstract

This article deals with the specifics of the current conditions of formation of the child personality. We analyzed the characteristics of the sociocultural context of socialization in the information age, the key controversy of which is the fact that while having great advantage in learning the strategies of use of various information technologies, a child needs adult assistance during the learning of the social and cultural aspects of the content generated by them. We discuss the impact of globalization on the various deviant manifestations in children and adolescents consider features of modern childhood, provide a classification of opportunities and risks of children and young people use of information and communications environment of the Internet.
