Abstract

The idea of creating conditions for person’s self-realization comes from the philosophers of utopian socialism. “From each according to their ability, to each according to his work” – this is not only realization of the social justice, but also the leading paradigm of dedicated education of a man. The concept of specialized education launched in 2002, takes into account both the world experience, and the shortcomings of previous native attempts, therefore, is recommended for implementation. The main condition for successful realization is a competent understanding of specialized education. If the school chooses the adequate specialization, based on the shown abilities of a pupil, it is a warranty of a conscious self-determination of a young man. This article discusses asymmetric development of abilities and expression of the dominant intellect.
