Abstract

The article is devoted to the one of the most actual problems of modern management – the development of management potential. It describes concept of management recourses which define the professional success of any management. The article approaches a model of management’s competencies and expounds the principles of effective delegation. The investigation delineates the types of tasks that can be delegated and those management’s activities that cannot. The author reveals the delegation benefits and analyses conditions that make delegation effective.
