The conditions of raising the preparedness of specialists to social-psychological work in educational institution

Abstract

The author examines ways of improving the training of psychologists with vocational and personal competences that allow to effectively use the social-psychological means of intensification of the full personal development of students of modern educational institutions. Basing on analysis of current social-psychological problems of education and training of pupils and students the contribution suggests ways of improving the training of practicing psychologists for educational institutions of various types. The article uses the results of social-psychological research aimed at improving the educational process by social-psychological means.
