Abstract

We describe some features of the assessment procedures model of preschool education quality – degree of its compliance with the requirements of the Federal government to the structure of the basic educational program of preschool education. We present the basic approaches to complex evaluation of preschool education quality, structure its parameters and significant characteristics, classify and describe the developed tools. The examples show resulting infographic. We discuss the question of the practical use of the evaluations results, including methods for their analysis (measurements are diagnostic in nature and clarify the direction of work with a child for his/her successful development). On the basis of the model discussion and its validation, we list the main ways of the model revision. Most extensively represented is the automatic integration of monitoring data.
