Causal Attribution in Class Teacher as Predictor of Pedagogical Management Style

1102

Abstract

The paper focuses on difficult issues in the development of efficient pedagogical manage¬ment style in teachers. It argues that causal analysis in the situation of 'divided' responsibility (to which pedagogical management most certainly belongs) would be more than appropriate. Also, the paper presents outcomes of a research on causal analysis in teachers and the relationship between features of this analysis and the style of class management and its efficiency. As it was revealed, there's a correlation between the type of attribution and the type of pedagogical man-agement style, with respective rates of efficiency. The paper concludes that the data obtained though such studies open up perspectives for developing a cognitive basis of management style in an ergonomic way, that is, through the construction of an effective scheme of causal analysis.
