Brief Description of the Course of the Additional Professional Program “Training of Specialists Who Carry Out Training on Additional Professional Programs for Employees of Guardianship and Guardianship Bodies, Including Using Remote Technologies”

Abstract

As part of the implementation of the state task, in order to improve the qualifications of specialists who carry out training on additional professional programs for employees of guardianship and guardianship agencies, including using remote technologies, a program was developed taking into account the professional standard of a specialist of the OOIP in relation to minors, educational needs and adult learning technologies. The program provides two in-depth modules for teachers of the legal block and the psychological block. At the same time, a certain amount of legal and psychological knowledge is necessary for both categories of teachers. Therefore, the program has a general and two special modules. In addition, a certain number of hours are devoted to adult education technologies, the ethical code of specialists.
