Abstract

The article is devoted to the analysis of an express survey conducted at the «Sverdlovsk Tchaikovsky College of Music» in Ekaterinburg during the sudden temporary transition to distance learning in the spring of 2020 during the COVID-19 pandemic. Prior to the introduction of restrictions in the Sverdlovsk region, training at the school took place exclusively in full-time mode, online technologies were practically not used. At that time, this was the first of several transitions to distance form. When this article was written (September 2021) the college began to use an online platform for lectures with quarantined students due to coronavirus, that is, a blend¬ed learning format is used. The key questions of the survey concerned how satisfied students are with distance learning and what psychological dif¬ficulties they encountered during this period in their own opinion. This information was necessary for building remote psychological and peda-gogical support. Despite the general satisfaction with the organization of the distance student in the college, most of the students first of all noted complaints about the program in which the lectures were held. 35.2 % of respondents did not face any psychological difficulties. The rest of the re¬spondents noted that it was difficult for them to motivate themselves and concentrate at home, observe the regime and control their emotional state.
