Organization of Learning Using Distance Learning Technologies in the Educational Institutions of the MIA of Russia at the Present Stage

Abstract

The article discusses the features of distance learning in training personnel for the Ministry of internal Affairs of the Russian Federation in departmental educational organizations. The author reveals in detail the procedure for organizing the educational process using distance learning technologies. The positive and negative aspects of the effectiveness of distance learning results are analyzed. The article is addressed to teachers of educational institutions of law enforcement agencies of the Russian Federation (the Federal service of the national guard, the Federal penitentiary service, the investigative Committee, the Prosecutor’s office, etc.) in order to use in practice elements of distance learning in the emerging educational environment of the 21st century.
