Abstract

The article discusses the issues of methodological design of electronic resources in the new educational space and indicates the need for their use in distance learning. The purpose of this study is to design and implement an educational electronic module in English, which is part of the chemistry course for foreign distance learning students. For the successful implementation of a digital project in the process of distance learning, the necessary conditions are sufficient instrumental and hardware equipment of a higher educational institution, the presence of professional competencies of teachers-developers in the field of information and communication technologies, an accurate choice of digital educational platforms with the necessary technical characteristics depending on the proposed form of distance learning. At the same time, in order to increase the level of students' reflection on the proposed educational material, the personal characteristics of students, their linguistic and digital competence and the availability of modern electronic devices, the level of interaction between the student and the teacher and other students have a special influence. It should be noted that force majeure circumstances may arise, leading to some adjustments to the project. Such circumstances are changes in the curriculum and class schedule, as well as abnormal weather conditions or other factors that can damage the electrical network or the Internet. In the process of developing educational modules or courses, managers should take all of the above into account and strive to create a mobile project that can be quickly adjusted without damaging its integrity.
