Особенности прагматической функции речи в позднем возрасте: принципы диагностики и пути восстановления

Аннотация

В обзоре показано, что учет изменений в прагматической функции речи в позднем возрасте не только позволяет улучшить здоровье-сберегающее поведение и повысить приверженность к лечению, но играет важную роль в распознавании, квалификации и эффективной терапии психических, когнитивных, нейродегенеративных расстройств. На основе анализа зарубежных исследований систематизированы методики, часто используемые для диагностики прагматической компетенции, а также представлен пошаговый алгоритм оценки социо-когнитивных нарушений в пожилом и старческом возрасте. Показано, что при нормальном старении наблюдаются избирательные, обратимые изменения со стороны вербального, пара- и экстралингвистического компонентов прагматической функции речи, и метапрагматической способности. Общие симптомы дефицита прагматической функции речи систематизированы по категориям. С использованием биопсихосоциального подхода проведен анализ причин изменений прагматической компетенции в позднем возрасте. Представлен спектр медикаментозных и немедикаментозных интервенций, направленных на улучшение прагматической функции речи в пожилом и старческом возрасте.
