В статье представлен обзор зарубежных исследований, посвященных популярному в последнее время свервключенному типу родительства («overparenting»), который очень подробно исследуется в последнее десятилетие. Показаны основные разновидности этого типа родительства; родительские убеждения, а также влияние этого типа воспитания как на психологические и социальные показатели развития ребенка, так и на его академическую успеваемость.
