Аннотация

В данной информационно-аналитической статье проанализированы и обобщены результаты всех доступных зарубежных исследований ассертивности и ассертивного поведения, относящихся к выявлению их преимуществ и восприятию этих феноменов в обществе. Даны предложения по преодолению обнаруженных проблем.
