Нарушения привязанности у подростков с несуицидальным самоповреждающим поведением

Зарубежные исследования обнаруживают связь нарушений привязанности с возникновением несуицидального самоповреждающего поведения (НССП) у подростков. Отечественные исследования при всей актуальности и важности этой темы малочисленны. Непроясненным остается вопрос, какие нарушения привязанности оказывают наибольшее влияние на появление несуицидального самоповреждающего поведения: есть исследования, показавшие, что на возникновение НССП влияет нарушение привязанности к обоим родителям, но есть и исследования, выявившие, что нарушения привязанности к отцу более значимы. Также обсуждается вопрос: привязанность к родителям или сверстникам оказывает набольшее влияние на возникновение НССП психическое благополучие в подростковом возрасте. Дискутируется степень влияния привязанности к родителям и сверстникам. Описаны мишени и методы психологической помощи подросткам с НССП и их семьям. Дается краткий анализ возможностей и ограничений семейной психотерапии, основанной на привязанности (ABFT, attachment-based family therapy) и эмоционально-фокусированной семейной терапии (emotionally focused family therapy — EFFT), которые чаще всего используются в помощи семьям с подростками с НССП.
