Эмоциональный интеллект: проблемы теории, измерения и применения на практике
Аннотация
Эмоциональный интеллект (ЭИ) включает способности к опознанию, понима¬нию эмоций и управлению ими. Обсуждаются различные определения ЭИ и его связи с другими психологическими конструктами. Для научного обоснования понятия ЭИ особенно важно решить проблемы, связанные с его измерением. Проводится анализ попыток измерения ЭИ с помощью опросников и объектив¬ных тестов. Развиваются теоретические представления об ЭИ, проводится их сопоставление с существующими моделями способностей и личности. Обсуждается значение ЭИ для прикладных отраслей психологии. Существующие эмпирические данные не позволяют говорить об ЭИ как о еди¬ной способности. Дальнейшая разработка подходов к измерению ЭИ может привести к достоверному выделению способностей, отличных от уже суще¬ствующих психологических конструктов, которые могут играть важную роль в практической психологии.
