Рождение ребенка с каким-либо отклонением в развитии (аутизмом, интеллектуальными нарушениями и т.д.) полностью меняет устоявшийся уклад семьииоказывает непосредственное влияние на психологическое состояние и здоровье родителей [2; 6; 10; 24; 28]. В ходе многочисленных исследований было установлено, что для матерей детей с различными отклонениями в развитии по сравнению с матерями нормально развивающихся детей характерны высокий уровень стресса, депрессии, тревожности, эмоционального выгорания и низкая самооценка. Они часто испытывают чувства гнева, вины, разочарования, обиды, отчаяния, беспомощности, жалости к себе[5; 6; 7; 9; 12; 18; 26]. Наибольшая выраженность этих психических состояний отмечается у матерей детей с РАС по сравнению с матерями детей с интеллектуальныминарушениями (ЗПР, умственная отсталость), поведенческими нарушениями (СДВГ) и генетическими нарушениями (синдром Дауна; синдром ломкой хромосомы х) или с хроническими заболеваниями (порок сердца, кистозный синдром) [2; 3; 6; 9; 27; 29; 31].
