Психосоматика и типы привязанности у взрослых (на основе обзора зарубежных исследований)

Аннотация

В статье представлен обзор зарубежных исследований, посвященных изучению влияния типов привязанности у взрослых на возникновение психосоматических расстройств и заболеваний. Результаты свидетельствуют о том, что она формируется на основе детско-родительской привязанyости. Проведенный анализ позволяет сделать вывод, что тип привязанности у взрослых может рассматриваться как интегральный конструкт, определяющий индивидуальные реакции на стресс и, как следствие, опосредующий его воздействие на психосоматическое здоровье.

Психосоматика (греч. psyche — душа, soma — тело) — направление в медицине и психологии, рассматривающее влияние психологических (пре- имущественно психогенных) факторов на возник- новение и последующую динамику соматических заболеваний.
