Роль наследственности и среды в этиологии нарушений пищевого поведения. I. Обзор семейных исследований 1638

В статье дается обзор зарубежных семейных исследований, оценивающих встречаемость нарушений пищевого поведения (нервной анорексии, нервной булимии и компульсивного переедания) и коморбидных расстройств у родственников первой степени родства. Отечественные исследования такого рода отсутствуют. Результаты анализа указывают на семейный характер нарушений пищевого поведения и более широкий спектр патологических фенотипов у родственников, включая и другие психические расстройства. Средовые семейные факторы риска, видимо, являются неспецифическими и сопутствуют не только нарушениям пищевого поведения, но и другим расстройствам. Вероятно, имеется наследственная предрасположенность, которая переходит в патологический фенотип при определенном стечении обстоятельств.
