Abstract

Context and relevance. The article presents the results of the preparatory stage of the implementation of the author's program “Socio-psychological adaptation of future teaching staff in the context of integration into the all-Russian educational space”. Methodologically, the research is based on the study of the problems of individual’s socio-psychological adaptation made by psychologists and teachers and the necessity to develop a special training system of future teaching staff in the context of integration into the all-Russian educational space. Goal. Analysis of the preparatory stage results of the experimental study on the implementation of the program “Socio-psychological adaptation of future teaching staff in the context of integration into the all-Russian educational space” (the Program) in the universities of the Zaporozhye region. Hypothesis. The application of the Program in the support of educational activities of university students in the historical regions of the Russian Federation helps to increase the adaptive potential of first-year students. Methods and materials. The article outlines the research methods that were used at the preparatory stage and describes diagnostic data using such psychodiagnostic methods as the methodology for diagnosing the socio-psychological adaptation by K. Rogers and R. Diamond (adaptation by A.K. Osnitsky), the methodology “Well-being, activity, mood”, the Spielberger—Khanin “State-Trait Anxiety Inventory” (STAI), aimed at studying the features of socio-psychological adaptation, determining the assessment of well-being, activity and mood, assessing the level of anxiety as a reactive state and personal anxiety as a stable characteristic of a person. Results. The results showed that according to the results of participation in the Program, there is a positive shift in adaptation mechanisms among first-year students in the experimental group of 2023—2024. Conclusions. The Program can be used in the educational process of higher education for pedagogical support of the adaptation of students in the historical regions of the Russian Federation, mastering pedagogical and other areas of training.
