The self-learning organization as model of developmental training in the system of raising teacher's skill level

Abstract

The conversion to the new educational paradigm in which the value of a teacher's self development is united with the value of a student's development and self-development, demands to revise the contents and forms of teacher training in the system of supplementary vocational training. From the point of view of humanitarian-and-anthropological paradigm, the theory of developing education and the theory of continued education of adults it is necessary to create the new model of activity con tents of the system of raising one's skill level for the purpose of the result to become new educational practice of developing education. The article reveals the variant of the decision of the given problem through projecting a self-educating organization as a developing model of postdegree education in which the category of activity contents of training acts as the essential and necessary factor of designing of developmental training practice and the source of adult educational inde pendence and professional self-development of a teacher.
