Identification of the maturity level of virtual communication skills

The article is devoted to the problem of forming of communicative skills in the context of virtual communication. Basing on research of motivational directionality of personality, style of virtual communication, three types of virtual communication are described: business, social, dependent. Using methods of observation, analysis and generalization the author carried out a monitoring of style communication in the Internet and identified some of its features. A new understanding of communicative skills and style of virtual communication are introduced. For the purpose of identification of the maturity level of virtual communication skills a questionnaire is introduced which was evaluated on 384 testees.
