Activity approach technologies in the system of additional professional education for teachers of lower grades

The contribution presents the analysis of modern professional demands to the teacher in accordance with the Federal state educational standard of general primary education. It provides the data of empirical research of maturity of perceptions of development means in pupils of universal educational institutions among lower grades teachers. The maturity level of the participants’ grasp of regulative universal educational actions (planning, evaluation, control). Influence of the organizational conditions of further training for lower grades teachers based on the activity approach principles on the received results, was noted. The article proves the necessity of organization of additional professional education as a system of cooperative solving of educational tasks for education of grown-ups with the aim of effective implementation of the Federal state educational standard of general primary education.
