Personnel policy directions of specialists in the social sphere (To the problem of professional standards development)

Abstract

The development of professional standards assumes its wide public discussion in professional communities, profile employers, executive branch on the federal and regional levels. The article is devoted to the development of new, created for the first time in our country, inter-professional standards for social services, which in the future should be the basis for the training of professional personnel. We articulate the concepts, purpose, content of the job functions, their use by specialists in the social sphere. We present a fragment (two parts) of the profession standard of “Psychologist in the social sphere”, proposed to all interested parties for discussion.
