Forming of Students' Value Attitude towards Reliable Information from the Internet
Abstract
The wide possibilities of searching for information in the digital educational environment give rise to the problem of the reliability of the information found. Modern students may not realize that the information offered by the search engine may not correspond to current scientific concepts. Explanations of the rules for working with information sources do not ensure that students use reliable virtual platforms to prepare for classes. They are motivated mainly by a value-based attitude to reliable information and the desire to become a competent specialist, which was revealed as a result of a survey of future physical education teachers - college students. "Truthfulness of information" is what prompted most survey participants to work with reliable sources. The proposed system of measures aimed at forming a value-based attitude to reliable virtual information consists of two areas of educational work: 1) accustoming children to the use of electronic library systems and monitoring their work with the required literature, 2) conversations explaining the importance of studying current scientific information for effective and safe professional activity. Students can search for information independently after they have acquired the ability to work with reliable sources of virtual information.
