Digital Transformation of Military Education: Innovative Approaches to Training and Networking in Rosgvardia Universities
Abstract
In today's rapidly evolving information technology landscape, digital transformation is becoming increasingly important for the military universities of the National Guard, which play a crucial role in training highly skilled military professionals to ensure security and law enforcement in the country. The integration of digital technologies into the educational process of the military universities of the National Guard offers significant opportunities for enhancing the effectiveness of training and preparing future officers. The use of interactive technologies helps to increase students' motivation, making the learning process more engaging and interesting. An important aspect of the digital transformation of military education is the development of professional competencies that meet the modern requirements of military service. However, the digital transformation of military education also presents certain challenges and risks. The focus is on the development and implementation of innovative educational technologies, the formation of the necessary professional competencies among cadets, and the provision of information security. This article explores the current issues of digital transformation in military education, identifying the risks and benefits of transitioning to digital forms of learning and communication in military universities of the National Guard. Special attention is given to the role of network interactions in fostering digital literacy and information security among cadets and faculty members.
