Specifics of Interaction between Resource Training Centers and Subjects of Inclusive Education in the Northwestern Federal District

Abstract

The article analyzes the experience of the Resource educational and methodological center (REMC) for the training of disabled people and persons with disabilities, created on the basis of Cherepovets state University. Monitoring data to assess the accessibility and quality of higher education for the disabled mapped benefits, risks and limitations assigned to ROOMS the North-Western Federal district. On the basis of generalization and systematization of the data, the specificity of the REMC functioning, the problem of scaling the practice of inclusive higher education in the northwestern Federal district is determined. As a mechanism to address the problems of vocational guidance, education and employment of persons with disabilities defines the interaction of ROOMS with the subjects of inclusive education in the region, as the main conclusions identified the need to consolidate the efforts of REMC and partner universities at the level of municipalities and constituent entities of the northwestern Federal district with the regional NGOs, Executive and legislative authorities of the region, regional and municipal institutions of health, education, labor and social protection of the population, specialized councils and associations to support and support vocational guidance, education, employment of young people with disabilities.
