Formation of Professional Trajectory in Students with Disabilities in University

Abstract

The article presents the experience of creating and realization the model of formation of professional trajectory of students with disabilities in high school. The conditions for the development of this model are meaningful ideas about the conceptual basis of professional trajectory and the formation of motivation. The structure of professional trajectory is defined as a system of components that allows to organize activities to make decisions for the personality about own professional trajectory. The mechanisms of support of the process of formation of professional motivation of students with disabilities in their professional self-determination is described. The conditions of realization of the model implementation into the university practice are presented.
