Недоношенность как фактор нарушенного развития ребенка

Аннотация

В настоящее время недоношенность является ведущей причиной инвалидности среди детей, что можно проиллюстрировать тем фактом, что почти 2/3 воспитанников детского дома слепоглухих – это именно недоношенные дети. Наиболее тяжелыми последствиями недоношенности являются детский церебральный паралич по типу спастической диплегии; слепота или слабовидение вследствие отслойки сетчатки; тугоухость, связанная с поражением слухового нерва; снижение общего уровня когнитивного и речевого развития; трудности координации и планирования последовательных действий; психоэмоциональные нарушения по типу аутизма. Характерные особенности внешнего вида (отставание в росте и весе, микроцефалия с деформацией формы головы) и поведения (стереотипные движения, недостаток спонтанной целенаправленной активности) делают таких детей узнаваемыми, что позволяет говорить о закономерно взаимосвязанной совокупности нарушений, обусловленных единой причиной – недоношенностью. В статье рассматривается влияние преждевременного рождения на развитие нервной системы ребенка и его отдаленные последствия для психического развития.
