Проблема дисфункционального материнства в новейших зарубежных исследованиях

Аннотация

В статье проанализированы обновленные зарубежные эмпирические разработки по проблеме раннего дисфункционального материнства. В основе статьи – представление о дисфункциональном материнстве как исторически сложившемся непрерывно трансформирующемся психологическом феномене с множественными факторами риска здоровью ребенка первых лет жизни. Ввиду дискретности выявленного доказательного материала, авторы ограничились фактическими сведениями о разнообразии внутренних и внешних причин раннего девиантного материнства. Это биологические (генетические) предпосылки «скрытой» материнской холодности, позволяющие считать теломеры плаценты биомаркерами стиля родительства, а период зачатия объектом отложенного воздействия материнского раннего стресса на следующие поколения; латентные механизмы девиантности в период гестационной и послеродовой депрессии; нарушения нейронных механизмов эмпатии и деформация привязанности. В статье также обсуждается американская модель взаимосвязей стиля материнства с показателями токсического стресса у ребенка, с участием инновационного фактора рефлексивного функционирования родителя.
