Эмоциональный интеллект и агрессия в зарубежных исследованиях

В настоящее время увеличивается количество исследований, изучающих агрессию в контексте эмоционального интеллекта. Однако до сих пор недостаточно изучена взаимосвязь уровня агрессии и уровня развития компонентов эмоционального интеллекта. Цель статьи – обзор зарубежных исследований агрессии, а также ее связи с эмоциональным интеллектом и его компонентами. Рассмотрены исследования, демонстрирующие взаимосвязи общего уровня агрессии, физической и вербальной агрессии, прямой и косвенной агрессии, гнева и враждебности с эмоциональным интеллектом; приведены результаты исследований, показывающих конкретную роль эмоционального интеллекта и его компонентов в снижении уровня агрессивности поведения. Также рассматривается роль эмоционального интеллекта как предиктора агрессивного поведения. Глубокое понимание этих психологических процессов поможет разработать и внедрить более эффективные программы профилактики агрессивного поведения.
