Образовательные программы поддержки одаренных в университетах

В статье рассматриваются проблемы одаренных учащихся, обусловленные отсутствием интеллектуального вызова при недифференцированном обучении в университетах и трудностями взаимоотношений с сокурсниками, имеющими иную систему ценностей. Анализируются программы повышенной сложности (honors program) в американских университетах, которые направлены на решение этих проблем. Выделяются составляющие программ, их эффективность, влияние на личностный и профессиональный рост одаренных. Рассматривается программа поддержки (early entrance program) одаренных студентов, рано поступающих в вуз (в 13–14 лет), приводятся отсроченные результаты ее влияния. Выделены главные параметры программ, которые могут быть применены в отечественных университетах для более полной самореализации одаренных.
