Факторы изменения эмоционального состояния матерей, воспитывающих детей с нарушением слуха

Воспитание ребенка с нарушением слуха часто сопровождается значительными изменениями в функционировании семьи и психологическом состоянии всех ее членов. Матери детей со слуховой патологией находятся в группе риска аффективных нарушений, часто пребывают в состоянии хронического стресса, характеризуются более высокими показателями тревожности и депрессии. Настоящая работа направлена на анализ, систематизацию и обобщение представленной в литературе научной информации о факторах, влияющих на эмоциональное состояние матерей, воспитывающих детей с нарушением слуховой функции. Результаты исследования свидетельствуют, что негативное изменение эмоционального состояния матерей обусловлено воздействием факторов, связанных с характеристиками детей (тяжесть нарушений слуха, психическое развитие, возраст и пол ребенка), личностными особенностями матерей, спецификой диагностических процедур и программы помощи, особенностями семьи (социально-демографические характеристики, распределение обязанностей, поддержка) и социального окружения (стигматизация, доступность медицинских, образовательных и социальных услуг). При этом к факторам, определяющим благоприятное эмоциональное состояние матерей детей с нарушением слуховой функции, относятся раннее выявление нарушения и включение ребенка и семьи в программу помощи, своевременность информации о слуховой патологии и доступность услуг, более высокий уровень образования, само-эффективности и открытости матери к получению нового опыта, пропорциональность распределения родительских обязанностей, внутрисемейная поддержка, принятие слабослышащего ребенка социумом, улучшение экономического положения, социальной поддержки и в целом качества жизни семьи. Результаты обсуждаются с точки зрения представлений о потенциальных стрессорах, влияющих на психическое здоровье и развитие ребенка в системе взаимодействия и отношений с родителями, и необходимости принятия во внимание эмоционального состояния матери и влияющих на него факторов в программах помощи ребенку с нарушением слуха и его семье.
