Психическая травма. К истории вопроса

Аннотация

В статье прослежена история возникновения и развитие представлений о психической травме. Авторы подняли весьма значительный объем отечественной и зарубежной литературы, начиная с конца ХIХ века по настоящее время, чтобы показать, как менялся социокультурный контекст, повлиявший на содержание этой категории. Исторические события бурного ХХ века – войны и техногенные катастрофы – приковали внимание к связанным с этими явлениями психическим нарушениям со стороны не только представителей медицинской и психологической науки, но и всего общества. В статье развернута масштабная картина, показывающая, каким образом менялись представления о причинах посттравматического стрессового расстройства и о его лечении.
