Возможности применения когнитивно-поведенческой терапии в коррекции депрессивных и тревожных нарушений после инсульта

Аннотация

Представлен обзор исследований эффективности когнитивно-поведенческой психотерапии в работе с пациентами с тревожными и депрессивными расстройствами после острого нарушения мозгового кровообращения. Обсуждены возможности адаптации и модификации когнитивно-поведенческих методов интервенции к нуждам и специфическим особенностям пациентов этой группы. Дано описание организации терапевтических сессий в условиях когнитивных и эмоциональных нарушений в период восстановления после острого нарушения мозгового кровообращения. Рассмотрены общая структура процесса психотерапии и особенности поведенческих и когнитивных интервенций.

В современном мире инсульт является одной из острых медико-социальных проблем. Обладая высокой летальностью и являясь одной из основных причин смертности населения (по данным ВОЗ, 2014), это заболевание имеет для больных серьезные последствия, ограничивающие в большей или меньшей степени их жизнедеятельность.
