В статье приводится описание структуры Международной классификации функционирования, ограничений жизнедеятельности и здоровья детей и подростков (МКФ-ДП), использование которой в России ещё не началось. Краткий обзор литературы содержит сведения об опыте внедрения МКФ-ДП в междисциплинарных диагностических и абилитационных службах, в сфере специального и инклюзивного образования детей с нарушениями развития. Авторы считают, что МКФ-ДП предлагает универсальный язык международного и междисциплинарного общения, содействует внедрению современного подхода к абилитации и образованию детей с инвалидностью и особыми образовательными потребностями, направленного на реализацию их прав на участие в социальной жизни.
