Abstract

The article considers the competence approach in the procedure of assessment (self-assessment) of specialists who have competence to provide emergency and crisis psychological assistance in order to form the Federal Register of teachers-psychologists who have competence to provide emergency and crisis psychological assistance to participants in educational relations. The assessment system was proposed by specialists of the Federal Coordination Center for Providing Psychological Services in the Education System of the Russian Federation of the Moscow State University of Psychology & Education. The competence-based approach makes it possible to responsibly solve professional and personal tasks related to the ability to extract and adequately use knowledge, applying them in real situations of psychological assistance. The authors propose a system of competencies of a teacher-psychologist capable of providing emergency and crisis psychological assistance to participants in educational relations, including groups of general professional competencies, a description of their components.
