Psychological Support of Innovations as a Concept in Educational Psychology

Abstract

The article introduces and defines a concept of "psychological support of innovations". It gives a psychological interpretation of the concept as a series of specially created tools/instruments and describes three levels of psychological support. The developed instruments represent certain schemes of activity and define the character and the ways of collecting necessary information. Concrete examples given by the author show the constructive nature of the concept and reveal the possible ways of controlling innovative processes through the use of the instruments described in the article.
