Abstract

This article discusses different approaches to the improvement and development of law enforcement. It is proposed to identify purposeful, axiological, conceptual and objective origins of the law enforcement and to examine them through the prism of a new direction in the legal psychology - Legal Acmeology. It is argued that the achievement of professional "Acme" - the peak in the development of a law enforcement officer is not possible without his / her activity, creativity, self-realization, experiences of success and failure, overcoming the doubts about decisions and choices. At the same time in connection with the present reformation of the Russian Interior Ministry system and adoption of the Federal Law "On Police", an attempt is made to show the transformation of values, meanings, goal-setting, goal-actualization, changing the subject of activity from the acme-synergetic position.
