Digital Accounting and the Effectiveness of Benefits and Preferences in Uzbekistan

Abstract

In the article, the author discusses the procedure for maintaining a unified record of all benefits and preferences granted in various sectors in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan, as well as the instructions and decisions of the President or the Government, and the procedure for determining the necessity of granting or abolishing them in the future through automated systems, artificial intelligence technologies, and information platforms. In this article, the author, effectively using available resources and taking into account international experience, proposes to maintain a unified record of all benefits and preferences granted in various sectors in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan, as well as the instructions and decisions of the President or the Government, through a single automated information system and registry, and to forecast the necessity of granting or abolishing them in the future.
